We accept returns for 30 days from the day you receive your item. No questions asked. No need to explain.
Returns are accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
1. The item is returned in its original condition.
2. The item is returned with its original certificate. If the certificate is missing the customer will be charged the price of a new one.
For custom orders only the main diamond will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the setting and labor cost. In this situation the setting, of course, is yours to keep.
We offer free return shipping for our US customers.
For international returns we unfortunately cannot offer free return shipping, but the item can be sent to any one of our offices in New York. We ask that you return the item via secure shipping option (Fedex,UPS,USPS).
In order to return an item:

2. Ship the item
3. Send us the tracking number of the shipment
Your money will be refunded within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Money will be returned in the same way the original payment was made.
