We handcraft our products in our factory in USA with care and precision, ensuring they’ll withstand the test of time. Jascina lifetime warranty covers damages and defects during normal, everyday wear for the lifetime of the Jewelry. In the rare case that your jewelry does have a manufacturing defect, we’ll either repair or replace the jewelry free of charge. Conditions and Exclusions Be aware that all types of fine jewelry, especially rings, are vulnerable to wear caused by daily activities. Jascina’s lifetime warranty does not cover lost, stolen, cracked, or chipped diamonds. It also does not cover damage resulting from neglect and avoidance of necessary repairs. Though not a conclusive list, the following examples would not be considered manufacturing defects: 1. Normal wearing away or bending of prongs, which can occur from daily use of hands or from accidental bumping of hands against another object 2. Loss or chipping of stone(s) due to daily wear 3. Discoloration of metals due to reaction with body chemistry, exposure to household or other chemicals, or improper storage of jewelry In addition, resizing or repair work performed by any other jeweler other than Jascina (Manufacturer) will void the lifetime warranty.
